Best ever result: 8th London Olympic Games, Double silver medallist U23 World Championships.

Best ever race: Nove mesto world cup 2011, I love the course and this was my first top ten result in a World Cup.

Race/result you are most proud of: Mont St Anne 2014, my first world cup back after a back injury, I started last on the grid and worked my way up to 11th.

Strengths: I love a challenge!

Some non-cycling accolades: [Annie deferred a place at university to study medicine in order to pursue her cycling career. She’s brainy too!]

The ultimate goal: To win bike races!

Food: Pie and a pint!

Book: Anything, pretty much!

Possession: It’s a thing rather than a possession – being able to get outdoors and explore.

Type of trail:  A natural, technical singletrack.

Riding conditions: Not a big fan of a headwind, other than that I’m happy!

Favourite place: In the mountains.

What does it mean to you to be part of OMX Pro Team?

To be part of a team who are passionate about bike racing is really exciting. I am looking forward to racing and training with a team who will support and help me to go fast on my bike.
