Farewell, Cherie

After two great seasons together we part ways with Cherie Redecker (née Vale)  in 2017.
Cherie came to OMX Pro Team as a newbie professional at the very start of her cycling career, and leaves as a well-developed and well-rounded rider who has proven herself on the World stage. Cherie’s positivity and drive has been an inspiration to many who have watched her progress over the last two years, and we are incredibly proud and humbled by what she has achieved. Cherie has been a stage-race winner, a National Champion and always the source of a warm smile and a great conversation.

One of the only times Cherie was not smiling! She really does know how to suffer.

Cherie, thank you for all you have brought the team, and we wish you all the luck in the future as you move from South Africa to Germany and begin a new chapter in your life.
Good luck, Cherie.
